Hello "VCFMW fan"!

Just a quick note to remind you that the registration windows for our two overflow hotels will be closing soon!

In the case of the Doubletree, you've got another week or so, but the room block at the Hilton Drury Lane ends this Thursday the 10th at Midnight (so that's really Wednesday night.)  So if you haven't booked a room yet, now is the time to act!

Regarding tables, we are (more than likely) FULL.  However, if you would like a spot on the stand-by registration list (which will not only put you on stand-by but also help us gauge interest for next year), please drop us a reply on our stand-by registration form.  More information about the registration process can be found on our tabling page.
